The flat roof on the second storey of my house in Hermanus has a problem. As water is running down the inside of the length of the wall I suspect all the flashing needs replacing, & possibly the parapets need redoing too. One of the big six roof sheets might also be damaged, but it is impossible to know at this stage. Viewing of the roof will only be possible in about 10 days time, but I need a rough guess now as I have to have funds put aside in the next 2 days or loose them. Good evening I am looking to extend my boundary wall. The length and height that needs to be build is as per the below: Section one Length 13 meters Height mm Section two Length 8 meters Height 2 meters Section three Length 15 meters Height 1.2 There is an existing wall that has steel on it. The above measurements differ because the height of the actual differs throughout the driveway. Furthermore, we would like to add roofing to 21 meters in length and 4 to 5 meters in breadth.
