Choosing between wallpaper and paint is not always easy. Let's look at advantages and disadvantages of both.

I have a standard brick wall that is 35m long with normal drive way on the one end (within the 35m). Paint is peeling off in many areas and there is one large crack that needs repair. Both sides of the wall need to be repaired and painted and we would also like the electrical cables to the lights to be repaired / rewired if need be as light trip due to water leaks.
Flat roof above garage, surrounded by a small parapet wall, the floor area is covered by tiles would like to have a complete waterproof coverage with the sides slightly against the wall to stop future leakage. The area is approximately 42 sq metres and I have at present leaking problems at the inner edge of the walls.
My house has two standing roofs joined by parapit. Between these roofs there is a flat roof joining them with a very slight slope and lots of leaks. I removed the tiles from the floor of my balcony as I had water problems in my braairoom below the balcony. I then sloped the balcony floor away from building walls and made the water exit holes bigger with more slope. I now need waterproofing on the floor of balcony. Question: If I want to use the balcony, can I walk on your waterproofing ??
I would like a quote for waterproofing. The structure is a concrete roof, it has been treated many years before but now, during heavy rains, the water is seeping through again, especially by the steal beams and where the walls join. I need a rubber-like type proofing please, not just a type of a painting. I am not an expert on this, but that is the type of application I have in mind.
