We are currently residing abroad and recently purchased a plot in South Africa, which we plan on developing as a holiday home. We have not viewed the property however we do have a few possible designs in mind. The plot is in Marina beach, 12 River view drive. Design options we understand is challenging/limited as it is a triangular shaped corner plot. Currently we have no budget and or pressing deadlines and need to investigate the options available to us, critical items required to move forward and costs associated with this in order to formalise a budget. It would be appreciated if you could provide us with a quote to develop the concept (based on your recommendations and guidelines), finalise architectural design, obtain approved building plans and any other critical item that needs to be done. It’s a 3 bedroom house. Would like to like add a bathroom in two of the rooms . One in the main room and the second room. Would like to add another room. Bedroom 1: mother Bedroom 2: daughter 1 - adding bathroom Bedroom 3: daughter 2 Add bedroom 4: for daughter 3 Breaking and extending the whole kitchen . The toilet is separate to the bathroom , would like to have that combined and make as one if possible .
