About: The National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) is a non-profit organisation that regulates the home building industry in South Africa. The NHBRC was established in 1998 and is responsible for the registration of builders, as well as for the investigation and resolution of complaints received from consumers. The NHBRC’s vision is “to be the premier regulator of the home building industry, protecting homeowners through effective regulation”. Some of the benefits that come with using a registered builder who is accredited by the NHBRC include: -Builders are required to have professional indemnity insurance which protects homeowners in case something goes wrong with their build. -Builders are required to warranty their workmanship for a minimum period of 12 months. -The NHBRC has a complaint resolution process which can assist homeowners if they have any problems with their build.

Hi there We want to convert our garage into a flat, it's 6x6 square meter. Plumbing is already done
There are currently small renovations such as door installations and tiling that is happening in my home currently so I will not be able to take calls. Please message or email me, that will be easier and more convenient. I need someone to assist with a small bathroom renovation and to help with finishing touches.
I need landscaping and swimming pool installation if possible, I already have a borehole.
I own the property. It needs to be renovated.
Finish up the project. Previous contractor only built up to window level, I need a qoute to finish the project. The building is 52 sqm, (2 bedrooms, bathroom and single garage).
I have an existing garage that needs an upgrade.
