Double storey concrete flat roof above the Entrance (45msqm). The fall of the screed does not allow effective flowing. Water takes a long time to drain out resulting in water seeping through into the house and damaging the wall.

I have a tiled deck which has developed small cracks. It was built 25 years ago using a tourched on system with a slip sheet and tiled with non glazed vitreous tiles over.
