Property is in a rural area. Sloping land. Approximately m2 of land. Looking at options of containers, wood cabins or brick buildings. Want to put up a soup kitchen, small clinic, prayer room, workshop, 6 classrooms, conference centre.
Modification of interior building to change from 4 to 6 bedroom. Changing from 2.5 bathroom to 4 with shower. Changing one of entertainment areas into 2 bed and slightly reducing lounge. Converting two garages attached to staff quarter, into 2 bed. Extending staff quarter to same length as garages.
