Our new 2-bedroom both open plan ensuite, open plan kitchen/dining/livingroom, Barbeque room, scullery, extra bathroom with only shower, basin and toilet, will be built in the Laguna Estate from July - October . We would like to make use of a interior designer who can create a modern, minimalist, clean lines neutral design by advising which furniture pieces, blinds, built-in cupboards, floors, bathroom tiles, vanities, lightfittings, wall art, focus points, bedding to purchase so that the interior has a warm, inviting and calm atmosphere without clutter and being elegant as well as functional. The service will be required once the house has been completed with regards to the furniture, but also before the cupboards, floors, paint, wall tiles, backsplach etc is being purchased for advice and to staý within budget.

Studio apartment Coral Point new development. Would like to design for holiday letting and some private use. Need to maximise the space.
