I am a South African citizen. My husband is an Egyptian citizen, and we were legally married in South Africa. At present, we are living in different countries: I reside in China with our son, while my husband is currently living in Dubai. Given that our marriage was registered in South Africa but we are now based abroad, I would like to know: 1. Whether your firm is able to assist with filing and completing a divorce under South African law. 2. What documents or information you would require from me to begin the process. 3. Whether my physical presence in South Africa is necessary, or if the divorce can be processed remotely. 4. Any additional procedures required because of the international jurisdictions involved (South Africa, Egypt, UAE, and China). 5. What the estimated timelines would be for both uncontested and contested divorce proceedings. 6. What the expected legal costs and fee structure are for handling a matter such as mine, including any additional charges related to international processing.
Uncontested devorce
We started off the divorce process as a DIY, it is uncontested and very straight forward but there are 3 minor children. The family advocate rejected our application, stating it was not in the best interest of the children but we are happy to change it to whatever it needs to be to get it finalized. Everything else has already been done including serving of the documents by the sheriff. We need a lawyer to hopefully take this from here to completion.
I am in a Section process that appears unlawful. The company refuses to give any of the financial documents required for meaningful consultation. When I asked for disclosure the consultation ended immediately. I was then called into another meeting without their legal representative. The CEO gave verbal figures only and said he will not put anything in writing. I have been sending emails to request documents and confirm each meeting but the company has provided zero paperwork. There are ongoing salary delays and stock shortages. The business has brought in around forty million rand this year which raises serious questions about the claimed financial distress. I need urgent legal assistance

I'm suspended at work because of accusations where by a security used a bag in cooler that had my name on it to place stolen goods and when I knock of he asked me to take it home with me. The defendant has been served with the divorce papers. the papers are in the Nelspruit Divorce court since last year . We have attempted to draw the settlement agreement with Christo Smith attorneys, she delayed the process, the Smith did not take the matter urgently. Since i was the one who appointed the attorneys. She was not contributing towards the legal fees while she was benefiting in the process. I want to have my attorny that will represent me on the drafting of the settlement agreement. She must appoint her atttorney too. I need the settlement agreement be drafted and finalised as soon as possible
