We are possibly looking to rent out our property for a specific period (May – end August ). We are not only looking for someone who is finding a lessee, but someone who looks after the property on a regular basis to make absolutely sure that nothing gets stolen, lost broken and/or damaged. During our absence the maid, garden and pool service would continue to come in on a Monday. Someone must be at the property to let them in. Is that the kind of service you could offer? Finding someone for our property is easy. Looking after it is the difficult part.

ABSA wants to evict me from my home. According to them we are in arrears. We logged a complaint with the ombudsman, still waiting for the outcome, ABSA does not respond to requests for statements, or letters or any other information about the situation. No documentation received to say we are in arrears. The bond period expires August . I am waiting for an inheritance as I lost my brother and am the only beneficiary in his estate, but not Hammond and Pole nor ABSA are interested in me.
I want to claim rent from my unlawful tenants . These tenants have been given an eviction order for Jan 31st . They have not paid rent from June and even with the eviction order has not paid rent currently. I did try giving them an agreement for reduced rent but they have still not accepted agreement or paid anything . I also have a protection order against them granting me access to my property without interference and was then able to see the damages caused in my house . There were various demand letters sent which resulted in a positive eviction but I still need to claim my outstanding rent

I have being staying in a house for 21years, I paid rent to a company called KwTha the company does not exist anymore so no1 paid rent.. thers a person before me who stayed in the hous in before I moved in he saying he has title deed of the house and he will sell it, so I want to know do I have any rights to win the case after maintaining the house for the last 21years
We have signed the Sale agreement for an auctined property of a late person without the letter of executorship. The sale agreement does not state that the house is for a deceased person and also they does provide us with a letter of executorship. The bank has approve the bond so we dont want to proceeds with transaction without that letter. So they are delaying us and the OTP is valid for 30 days. They want the OTPbto expire so that they can not refund us. When we do investigations this house was sold before on the8 october , they claim that the buyer defaulted. Now it was advertised with a different address by a different agent but that agent was there when we bid. The sale agreement is not valid and the missing Letter of Exedutorship. We want assistance to get our money back.
