An enployee reviewed my salary and increased it by 20%. This came with a new unilateral condition of my employment contract, a restraint of trade , which was not part of my initial contract of employment. However, i opened a room for myself and the employer to engage on this mater, as i questioned the applicability of this condition to me, the employer. The employer decided to send send two separate documents, a salary review document and a non-solicitation and confidentiality agreement. I want to challenge the applicability of this non-solicitation and confidentiality agreement and review it so that i can formulate a legal response

Hello I'm a self-employed freelance dance coach and need assistance bringing my personal income tax up to date from approximately the /23 tax year to the current year. I'm happy to do most of the preparation myself. I have my bank statements and will prepare spreadsheets separating income, non-income credits, business expenses and personal expenditure, with supporting documentation where available.(the only issue it’s from only so I am missing some) What I'm looking for is a registered tax practitioner who can review what I've prepared, advise me on all legitimate deductions available to me, prepare and submit the outstanding returns, and assist with any SARS penalties or compliance issues that have arisen. I'm not looking for ongoing monthly bookkeeping at this stag, primarily a once-off catch-up and then potentially annual tax submissions going forward. Could you please give me an indication of your fees for this type of work and whether you charge per outstanding tax year or for the catch-up project as a whole?
