I have approved plans for your review. To build a new double storey and on ground floor extend the lounge and build a granny flat etc

Remove bath and bidet. Install shower enclosure screen in place of bath. Retile floor completely in bathroom only and retiling to be done only where necessary on walls where bath stood.
