Require a carport structure to be erected next to a braai room in my backyard. Material (steel sheets, steel lipped channel purlins, steel flashing and steel poles) are on site. The area to be covered is 6.25 x 3.45. The contractor must be able to erect steel carports, have a welder as part of his team and have power tools to cut steel purlins, steel sheet and steel poles. Roof structure requires welding.
This is a new built house . I need designs by the above mentioned things around the house which is in a sloppy place .closer to the wall of the house small paving ,follow by a lawn and then paving that is the back of the house .St the front paving next to the wall,lawn and the flowers after the lawn .
I Have 2 x adjoining room spaces with existing concrete slab roofing Approximately 90sqm in total. When i say slab i mean, this was not done to standard by the looks of it. When it rains it leaks and varies probably between 50 - mm thickness, butt brittle as it can be. Bought this house as is. Concrete is cracking and breaking off and pieces fall down. I would like to replace the concrete roofing with IBR sheeting. Need a new registered with Municipality drawing for the change and also would like to break through one wall which already has plinth supports in (this was a large window previously it seems). We will do the breakout and build with our own contractor.

Hello I've got the metal roof that still needs to be redone and I'm not sure what type of roof is inside the house it's a normal roof white but I think water somehow went into the roof now it's just sitting there and causing my lights not to work and there's a leak next to the light bulb holder. I live on a farm, nearest town is Hoedspruit. We are situated between the shop Blue Bottle, and Kampersrus (if you know the area, this is the best estimation I can give, but will send a pin drop if I accept a quote). I need a quote to maintain our yard's lawn. It is a sloping yard with one tree, but the tree does not need maintenance, it grows fairly slowly. It does have massive seeds that it drops off, but that is not a difficult thing to pick up. I basically need the lawn to be cut every 2 weeks, and the weeds pulled. There are no flower beds to maintain, it is just the lawn and weeds.
After 1-2 days of continuous rainfall in our area water has somehow penetrated one section of our tiled pitched roof on the eastern side of our house and dammed up in a pool about 1 square meter wide on the inside of the lounge ceiling below from where it has saturated the surrounding ceiling board and dripped through nail holes into the lounge.
