I was placed on paid suspension on 3 July i corporate with the investigation, the evidence I received was only made up statements from ex colleagues. I resigned 15 July before the hearing to avoid further stress. I knew doing this will look like admitting to the deed but I was just drained and wanted this to be over I did not do anything that I am accused of . My resignation was accepted by the company on 16 July , but I have received 3 letters from their attorney's today threatening for criminal case against me.

Good-day I was suspended from my work for misconduct investigation and my HR director has now said I should take voluntary retrenchment so she can try get me 3 months salary as she said if I proceed to disciplinary hearing I will lose and they will pay me nothing.This is after 4 years of loyalty late hours and passion for my work, I think they looking for a way to get rid of me as they have tried it 3 times.
