The tenants will be moving out at the end of February and I would like a quote to clean the carpets please. The carpets that require cleaning are as follows: 1 large bedroom of 3x4m 2 medium bedrooms of about 3x2m each 1 small study of 2x2m sitting room 3x3m Lounge 3x4m Please could you quote to clean the carpets when the house is empty. We’d like to request a quote for the following activities: - Scoping and changing water usage at an office building; - This would include, installation of taps, which use less water; - Reduce bucket load of toilets/placing a brick in them or having spring mechanisms installed for no continued flushing by accident; - Water efficiency at the car washing area? They already use a hose. - We would like to implement changes that do not have to change peoples behaviors, rather work around those behaviors. i.e. reduce water coming out of taps for example, instead of trying to police people. - The office block has two levels and a small house area and a security house, this would then include o 2x women’s bathrooms, o 2x men’s bathrooms, o A bathroom for the apartment, o Bathroom for the security hut. We'd need the work to reduce water consumption by at least 20% and need a quote to approve funding requirements. Please let me know if there is any additional information I could supply. The funding is a fund we are fetching for a greening of a building. Funds will be released, we just need to know how much.

We are the Managing Agents for a block of 3storey flats. units We also have a bin area with 50 black bins that needs to attended to, bin area needs cleaning, supervised on a daily basis Stoep areas needs to be kept clean & tidy daily. We have a building that is accommodation for about 8 tenants. We are in need of an electrical COC for the building and for someone to ensure that the building is compliant. I recently installed a jojo tank where the builder placed the pipes underneath a concrete slab but the conrete ended up in the pipes thus blocking it. I would like to relay a small portion of the pipe which directly comes out of the jojo tank and also lift the pump by 30cm. We will have to use a angle grinder to get the pump out.
I need a cleaning person to come in on a Monday, Wednesday & Friday. I usually have a schedule worked out for what needs to be cleaned on what day, see it as follows. Mon: top part of the house, Wed: bottom part of the house, Fri: top part again. It is a double story house, not completely sure about the dimensions/size. I will also be needing laundry and ironing, but not every time the person comes to clean, on a lesser basis when requested.
