I am planning on moving my little aesthetic spa to kloof street. I have a store layout, and a few ideas of what my look and feel should look like. Hi We would like to extend one side of the townhouse out by about 2 meters. It’s the side of the house with the kitchen, lounge, 2 bathrooms and main bedroom so this would be making these rooms bigger. Please see attached photo. Good Day, I am looking at starting the process of my home renovations. It is a single storey Home and I would like to extend the rooms downstairs and then also make it a double storey. I need to modernize the house. It is currently a 3 bedroom house. We built our own house about 5 years ago but never finished the entrance/upstairs living area in terms of design and finishes. It has basically remained an open unfinished space since we moved in. We are now at the point whereby we would like to make use of the area but due to shape/size we are at a bit of a loss at how best to utilize the space. Hence the reason I am contacting you.
