Good Day We are using a seater marquee, but we want to design a thatch roof Church building. ( Similar to a lodge ). It is a brick building with poles in between. Seating capacity for -. With a stage area. Bathroom for both male and female. An entry way which gives privacy from the parking or street. An office. This will be erected in Promosa Potchefstroom.
We are hoping to get a building plan for our small wooden cabin which we plan to live in for a few years while building our home. It is currently 25 square meters but we are happy to up it to 30 or the minimum requirement. Are you able to assist? Simple practical design, the budget for the build is R2million. I want a double story house. The top floor should have 4 bedrooms. One en-suite bathroom and two small bathroom. The ground floor should have one bedroom, a tv area, dining area, kitchen, scullery, enclosed patio area, and bathroom that has toilet & basin. Double garage. Outside toilet & basin also. I have been defrauded by about 2 "architects" previously and I would like to be connected with companies closer to me so that we can have meetings and I can see them face to face. The previous guys did some work but never submitted anything to council, I need someone to draw plans for me and also see the process through this time in terms of submitting to town council.
I want to build a 4 bedroom two story home. 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs. The master bedroom should have an en suite bathroom and there should also be a separate shared bathroom. There should also be a separate toilet and a living room/entertaining area on the top floor. I have some further specs that can be sent upon request.
It must be a octagon or a hexagon rondavel. It must have a bathroom, which has a shower and toilet. A big enough space to have a queen size bed, 2 big sofas, mini fridge, screen TV pasted on the wall, a big wardrobe or a built in one. A big aluminium sliding door and Windows. A veranda big enough to put some chairs and sit on. Something that looks almost like what I have attached below. But you can be flexible and make some of your taste.

5 Spronk st. The house must be built in 2 stages 1. R1.5m to R2m Two bedrooms on top of double garage leading out on terrace which are filled with land. One bath room. Kitchen and lounge adjacent to double garage. Framework or outer shell of stage 2 could be done. 2. R1m to R1.5m Complete main bedroom mes on top of kitchen and lounge. Towards front built 4th room and toilet, with dining room on top. Attached picture of house show the concept from the street entrance. The terrace will be much smaller. No 4rd storey. The other picture is a view south/south east towards the ocean taken from the back of the erf.
I need an architect for building a church building. We are planning on buying a property and need the architect to assist with the feasibility report for the property. They will need to work hand in hand with other engineers etc that we have also appointed in order to assess this property before purchase. Once that has been resolved, we will then need the architect to assist with the design and submitting of the plans to council. We basically need someone to fully project manage this project as well.
