My house does have a granny flat at the back so I would like to expand from there I would like to go up like turn into a double story just with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom all with built in cupboards and also with a pool with artificial grass at the backyard so please get back to me soon to discuss. Dining room: convert window +door to alu folding door, resurface walls to smooth plaster finish, build outside braai adjacent 3. Break down wall between kitchen and dining room, redo one lower set of kitchen cupboards with new sink and fixture, and replace 2 kitchen windows with alu frames and change kitchen door.
