I want to carpet a loft.
I am looking for supply and install of reclaimed parquet flooring for living room to match my current bedroom floor. current bedroom floor is thick 20mm, approx x80mm teak. Current living room floor is old five finger mosaic parquet (2-3mm thick, too thin to sand so needs replacement). Would need to include in scope to remove old parquet, sand and oil new parquet.
We have a section of old and very worn vinyl tiles in our house. It is an old house in Westdene. We would like to replace it with new vinyl, not tiles, but sheets/rolls. It is more or less 40sqm and include a staircase, two toilets/wc's and a bathroom. We are not interested in vinyl that imitates wood or tiles or anything. We are interested in vinyl that looks like new vinyl. We would appreciate it if you could show us examples and give us a quotation for the instalment of it.

Slightly uneven bare concrete floor in a newly established braai room. Concrete floor that was laid was very disappointing, and we have been left with an unusable area. Looking for cheapest and best option to get any sort of floor in there. Will probably need a skim coat floor leveler or self-leveling compound. Looking for cheapest budget friendly option...maybe vinyl or bamboo???, anything...just need to get a "cleanable floor" down. The animals are still "seeing it, as an outside area, where they can wee etc. The "damp concrete is beginning to smell! The job needs to be planned ahead as we are living in the house and furniture needs to be moved out of areas before old carpets and flooring can be cleared and new parquet can be laid.

We are looking for a contractor to lay flooring in the house my wife and I are moving into. We have laid a concrete floor/foundation, and we've completed the screeding. The bathroom and kitchen need epoxy/resin floors. The rest of the house needs some sort of wood flooring, whether it be laminate, vinyl, or parquet. We are leaning towards parquet, but it will depend on the quote. The size for parquet is 65 square metres. And the epoxy flooring is between 6-15 m².
