I am based in Mossel Bay. I inherited the property () from my grandmother, which was Mangaung Municipality I have been able to provide the old plans to the buyers who are currently renting the property. I have remodelled the house a bit but I need an updated plan.
I would like to have , kitchen dinning room lounge and then upstairs there will be a 3 bedrooms and the bathroom room the rooms will be 5*5. I also need advise as to whether it will be cheaper to do a double story or a single story.
