Pro-Lec Electrical and Construction

Bruce was professional and with good, clear and quick response communication upfront, assessmemt and then turnaround time to get a qoute and availability to do the work. This instilled confidence for me to accept this particular company over others. Mafuuro and his team was punctual as per promised times, efficient, focussed and ensured all tasks was attended to. Mafuuro was happy to listen to concerns and discuss solutions, and execute as per agreement. Before leaving he requested an inspection which was really appreciated - demonstrated that they care for their clients satisfaction of the work done. The site clean up was faultless. From me listing on ProCompare to the job done, was 4 working days. Excellent! I will definitely be saving Pro-Lec for any future tasks.

Great service and prompt response. I'm very happy with the job as well, I will definitely use Bruce again.

Great communication, professional, required no oversight and regular post-completion follow ups ensuring work performed was satisfactory.

Thank you very much for recommending me to get Bruce and his very capable and friendly staff to repair my roof.It was a pleasure dealing with them all. They responded timorously to all my requests and their standard of work was excellent. Bruce was extremely helpful in preparing submitting reports and other documentation required by my insurers. I would highly recommend Bruce and Pro-Lec to any one needing repairs to roofs. They are ethical and professional and the standard of their work is excellent.

Very professional with high quality work. I will definitely tell everyone i know in need of his service about him. Keep up the great work!

Great, timeous communication. Professional service with honest guidance on what is the best route to follow when fixing our roof. Within 48 hours of requesting a quote, the team were already on the job and we are now ready for the winter rains.

Bruce contacted me 1 min after I submitted my request to find out how he can help. And while it is raining and with the wind blowing he first came out to my home to establish firsthand what the damage was and what is needed. He then went to get the necessary materials and pick up crew and they can to fix the issues. In the rain, in the wind on the roof they went. I can honestly say I did not expect that. Bruce is very friendly and knowledgeable and I can, from my experience with Pro-Lec Electrical and Construction, assure that you will get the highest quality of service and workmanship. There are other work I want done which includes electrical work, and I will for sure contact Bruce again.

Good quick initial response

Very responsive originally and then booked them for some time sensitive roof repairs that they committed to. They then dropped me the day they were supposed to do the work so would not use them again.
