Taps in shower needs attention. Cold water tap is very hard to close. Not sure if it is a build up of calcium. Takes long to set water without wasting.

There are masonite ceiling boards beneath the roof overhang around the outside of house. The brandering and supports for theses boards is old / rotten / missing and the boards are starting to come loose They need to be reattached and the edges sealed with silicon please.
