We currently have a tiny house (4 m long by 2.3 wide ) which fits a double bed, shelves bath and toilet. We want to extend by building an upstairs section over the existing footprint (so 4 m x 2.3) with an outside deck extension that also acts as a double covered garage (no sides needed on the garage) just decking and paving floor. Hi I would like to have a 4 bedroom house. I'm a work from home mom. I'm kind of Claustrophobic. I prefare an open an house with enough space. I like cooking. I like to host my friends and family. So I need a porch, not too big and a pool (3x4m) A double garage main bedroom with ensuit and a walking closet. At least 1 bathroom with shower and a powder room. Good day, we have a current house that we would like to extend/renovate and also add a little cottage to the property. We have something in mind but would like to get a professional opinion as to whether it is possible or a better design plan of what would be possible as well as keeping cost to a minimum taking the area onto consideration. Need new floor throughout - would like laminate - new kitchen -new kitchen cabinets, new back splash, appliances- new bathroom - take out bath, put in one nice shower, new toilet, sink, tiles - flat needs plastering touch ups, whole flat needs paint. I'm in the process of purchasing a property that has approved building plans to add an en-suite bathroom and walk in closet to the main bedroom.
