I was actually inquiring about a problem at our NG Church Alberton East. The tower is not attached to the church but stands separate. Face brick 2/3 up from the bottom. And then there is a piece approx 3m that has a red/brown paint or some covering that has come off partly. Church was built early 's. Well maintained, The problem is how and who can reach up there??
