Damp wall, our insurance is not responding... we have to do this ourselves. Can you please send someone asap. Water is leaking through the walls. Standard send people out to fix it. First the shower in the bathroom, then they fixed the leak, then in the kitchen. But water is still leaking through the wall. We called on our insurance with standard bank, but no response. We will do it ourselves because that wall is about to burst. We also need an professional to let us know what to do. The reason why we looking at an engineer is because of structural damage. Weather the is structural or not.
It is situated in a sqm yard and I am in the process of applying for building lines relaxations so that the extension can fit while leaving 1 meter from the right, 1.6m from the left side, 2 meters from the back and 1 meter from the gate. Hi, id like to renovate my house in this manner: Btwn 90 and sqm of extention Change of roofing I have a draft plan which I can share, the previous architect did not meet our end of the deal but I have a plan which needs minor adjustments. In the main, I need to construct a new standalone double garage with an additional room on the side. That is the main addition. The rest are extensions and modifications on the current house.

Existing plan , building not completely finished. Foundation on outside carry walls done and built. Want to know if I have to draw up a new plan for changing inside area with drywall or bricks and its not a carrying wall. Not yet built. Also want to know if you are allowed to change the inside even if nothing is build as yet except the windows and doors?
I would like to close a veranda that leads out of my main bedroom so that it form part of the main bedroom, At this stage its unused area and would like to incorporate it as part of My main Bedroom. We are looking to design our new office building. We are a tech business and wanted something trendy but practical to build. This will be a Ground + 2 building totalling approximately 1, Sq meters of office space. We have a single story building on the premises but will likely demolish this building as it's old and we are not sure of its structual integrity.
We are looking at renovating our stoep area - 8m x 8m. We’d like to change the roof from a flat to pitched exposed structure and tie it in to our existing house roof structure. Also, we’d like to add 2x 3-panel sliding doors , built in braai, re-tiling the area.. is this something you could assist with? Also assist in helping with the council plans for it?
