The purpose of my building is to create 4 equal size rooms the two end rooms will have a small staircase leading to the top. I only want one toilet inside the centre to be used by two middle rooms, maybe under a staircase which will also lead upstairs? I am planning to rezone as guesthouse/backpacker, my toilets and showers will be outside. I want to use reclaimed and second hand materials as much as possible, doors I will make myself.
