7 things to consider when building a carport
Before building a carport, you need to know what you want and what you can afford.
The current house is a 3 bedroom house with kitchen and a dining area. I want to add one more bedroom that will have an ensuite and the kitchen; it needs to be an open plan kitchen that is joint to a sitting area. The extension is approximately 53 square meters. Good morning, please can you provide a quote for the following plumbing issue. There is a T junction where the sewer from one toilet runs into the pipe from the main toilet. The T junction is within about 2 metres from the main toilet and 5 metres from the second toilet. There appears to be a broken or damaged pipe in this area and this restriction is creating a blockage. It seems that the T junction will need to be replaced. There is obviously paving that needs to be removed in order to reach this section. We have previously had a plumber in who tried to clear the blockage and gave us the above information. I live in a house in a complex and have a single garage which measures mmxmm. I would like to have it sealed off, add a ceiling, raise the floor by about a meter, paint, and install a shower, toilet, basin, kitchenette, windows and door. The size of thenew carport is (W)6m x13m (join to the hoise) with gutter.and downpipes. Need to replace gutters and downpipe with an exiting carport next to the new. The carport roof will be one clear sheet and one solid sheet next to each other to thw size of 6m x13m. Additional pcsof clear sheet with no gutter and downpipe to join these two carport in the moddle , estimate size 2.5m x 3m

We are planning on ordering/building 5 barn types of steel structures like what BMI steel does (roof and support). Looking at a 15m x 30m home on 1 level (4,5m to eve’s height), I am trying to establish a very rough estimate for the shareholders. It is for a farm set-up. We like nice finishes but they must be suitable for the farm environment. Our one particular home should have 4 bedrooms, 3 ensuite bathrooms, a patio, battery room for solar, and big open plan living areas. We have an architect friend to draw up plans. Need carport structure to be erected against a wall in my backyard. Material (ie ....sheeting, steel purlins, steel flashing and round steel poles) is onsite. Require steel lipped channel purlins to be welded to round poles. Area being covered is 6.25 x 3.46m. Structure need to slant from right to left as per attachment (side view). I am looking for quotes for splitting the pipework in 6 unit complex so that each unit has its own incoming water supply and install a stop valve per unit. We require this so that we can install prepaid water meter. So if you can offer prepaid water meter as well and make it one inclusive quote , that ill be highly appreciate otherwise just the first part is the most important for now.
