I would like to add an outbuilding to our yard. 3x7 or 4x7m. I will start to buy all my material slowly but surely. However I have two kids and I need this building. I need a quote on a plan for this building please. A lounge and kitchen included doesn't need to be too big. My main priority is a bedroom. Thank you.
