We have a carport but want to change the frames because it's rusting. Need to install and build a built in braai which will form part of the entertainment area. We also want to add to that and make another room. The carports had plans years back but not sure if it is approved (but it is installed). Plans could be at Athlone Department. Everything else needs plans. Currently have a braai but needs to be broken down. Artificial grass to also be installed by the entertainment area.

My place is in Welkom. I'm busy trying to do rezoning and the town planner suggested that I should get an architect to do a plan for me. According to him he said the municipality can only allow 8 rooms. My wishes: 8 rooms, I wanted more if possible but with the restrictions in that municipality it might be a problem according to the town planner. To whom it may concern. We are would like to build a double storey home in Rangeview on an erf that has spectacular views. Am building a DIY workshop with a high roof so that I can use some of the space a storage. But I do not want to pour a slab because it's too involving. I'd also like this workshop to as close to sound proof as can be. It will be about 4 x 10-12m, put it's maximum floor size at 48 sq m. However, we shall make it go up quite a bit. For noting. I have neighbours on two sides so most of the light will come from the front; with glass blocks up on either side of the neighbours, to maintain their privacy.
