Good Day, Kindly note that we have a number of buildings in Nelspruit and Polokwane. The status of these roofs are unknown at the moment and we would appreciate an inspection and quote to bring the roof up to standard. My immediate concern is the Standard Bank Building situated in Nelspruit with the address listed as 29 Brown Street. I have a leak above the Standard ATM and I have numerous complaints already. Roofing for an addition of one room, approximately 18sqm. Room will be added on top of existing structure and joined with existing roof in a duplex town house. Work will include removal of existing roof, and re-installation after new room in constructed. Refer to attached drawings, area to be roofed is the "new study"

I have a flat corrugated roof on my outbuilding, I have issues where water is dripping down the walls when we have excessive rainfall, recently hire a pro who use rubberized waterproofing and did not do a good job, so I am a lost for words and who and what to trust. Problem : Mazista Natural Slate Roof replacement (or fully refurbish with new underlayer). My slate roof is in need of full underlay refurb / replacement by specialist slater, or full replacement alternatives eg . metal, shingle etc. It is steeply pitched double storey at 51 deg with multiple large dormers ( x7 ). Total sloped (ie. slated) roof surface is sqm. The fibre-cement gutters can support ladders. Cost of full underlay refurb versus new outer material covering will be key, however migration to a much lighter roofing material like steel (1/5 est) is a strong factor since de-trussing inner sections will allow creation of wanted loft space, so may override cost concerns. Currently replacement thinking is new Standing Seam metal zincalume type covering (if possible due to complexity of dormer valleys), but also metal shingle look alike products, or simply Everite fibre-cement mitred slates. Bearing in mind that the current trusses will be more than capable of supporting any other roofing material without much modification. P.S. See attachment pictures to give a better idea of the dormers and valleys.
We want assistance in moving our belongings to our new home. We do not have a lot of furniture but will have a lot of movables such as boxes, plants, garden equipment and the like. Good morning, please can you provide a quote for the following plumbing issue. There is a T junction where the sewer from one toilet runs into the pipe from the main toilet. The T junction is within about 2 metres from the main toilet and 5 metres from the second toilet. There appears to be a broken or damaged pipe in this area and this restriction is creating a blockage. It seems that the T junction will need to be replaced. There is obviously paving that needs to be removed in order to reach this section. We have previously had a plumber in who tried to clear the blockage and gave us the above information. The house to be built is about square meters. I already have the plans but I need your e mail address to forward it to you. The project would be in Hermon, 24 km from Wellington and 30km from Malmesbury. On this plan we need the IBR sheeting to be one whole length sheet of say 1,5 meter wide and 19 meter long.
