We pressure cleaned the slate roof to remove algae and some of the top layers came off.

The entire metal roof and gable ends needs to be assessed and investigated in order to repair all the affected areas.
Need to replace complete roof
There is a whole on the tile and cracks at the base of the ridge cap
I am in need of corrugated roof sheeting and poles - supply only if possible.
We need torch on waterproofing done on the parapet walls and possible replacing of part of the waterproof membrane underneath the roof tiles. We have a report to share from am assessor if needed.
