Hi, my Brother and myself recently baught land in Clarens in the free state for my mother to build on. She is retired and in the process of selling in Paul Roux and those funds are going to be used to build a small cottage style house (80 Sqare meters). So build cost needs to be kept low as possible. We have a face brick home with tile roof. Looking to add a 36m2 garage, adjacent to the house. Nothing fancy required - no ceiling boards and not necessary to plaster inside of garage.
