it is a redesign extension for a new plan in Danville ext 5 Pretoria, first floor two bedrooms 6x5 m2 on the ground floor, a kitchen 7x6 m2, open plan with a Lounge and dinning room 8 / 7x 6m2 both, one bed with a batch room & toilet and other with a shower & toilet, Veranda from front of the building ground and side steps on east north of the building, building is facing South of the Mountain , the upstairs is stunning round front with quite a nice view facing the road Gideon Scheepers avenue, upstairs two building and Lounge that will cover the remaining space, upstairs main bed room 6x 6m2 with jacuzzi and toilet, other bed room on top, Upstairs Lounge with Veranda at front to back of the building nice view facing the Mountain to Gideon Scheepers Road. Full bathroom renovation for two bathrooms.Bathroom remodel. Remove all old file (wall and floor) and fitting (tub, toilet, basin). Replace with new fittings (walk-in shower, toilet, basin). I Have 2 x adjoining room spaces with existing concrete slab roofing Approximately 90sqm in total. When i say slab i mean, this was not done to standard by the looks of it. When it rains it leaks and varies probably between 50 - mm thickness, butt brittle as it can be. Bought this house as is. Concrete is cracking and breaking off and pieces fall down. I would like to replace the concrete roofing with IBR sheeting. Need a new registered with Municipality drawing for the change and also would like to break through one wall which already has plinth supports in (this was a large window previously it seems). We will do the breakout and build with our own contractor.

By the kitchen area we need an extension by at least 2 to 3m from the existing baseline including the dinning room also by at least 2 to 3m from existing baseline. People came and ripped my copper pipes off the wall. I've replaced most of them except my kitchen tap pipes. I'm wanting to change them to polycorp pipes connected to the previous copper pipes that I've replaced. You need 5 corner pipes with piping and a T pipe and 1 galvanized/copper pipe that needs to go through the wall.
