This four-step process should help you find the right architect for the job of drawing house plans.
It must be a octagon or a hexagon rondavel. It must have a bathroom, which has a shower and toilet. A big enough space to have a queen size bed, 2 big sofas, mini fridge, screen TV pasted on the wall, a big wardrobe or a built in one. A big aluminium sliding door and Windows. A veranda big enough to put some chairs and sit on. Something that looks almost like what I have attached below. But you can be flexible and make some of your taste.
Move an existing db board in a house To a position 6m away so a wall can be broken down So cut metal conduit in the ceiling extend the existing 2.5cm and 16mm cables by 6m Put in trunking and reroute to new position Mount new plastic db box Move all breakers earth leakage etc from old board to new board
The house is situated in KwaMashu location. Services required is remodelling and extension of the existing old house with outside building (3 rooms and laundry room). The old existing building is standard 4 room house and I would like to change it to 3 bedroom house with one ensuite, second bathroom, open plan lounge-kitchen and garage for two cars. I want to build a small 34 sqm flatlet consisting of 3 total rooms. I want to use the cheapest building option (vibrecrete / nutec / brick and mortar) and i would like to have the flatlet build all the way up onto the boundary wall. The boundary wall is vibrecrete. I would like to if possible use the existing vibrecrete boundary wall as the new flatlets exterior wall if possible thereby saving costs. I do not know the building regulations and what is possible but we have a very limited space available. Also not sure where the drainage pipe are located but that might be an issue as well. Not sure if the drainage pipes can be rerouted. I need guidance please
Hi. Recently bought a house and there's no wiring or DB board. There are outlet points but no outlet, no light switches and no lights (there are holes for the plugs and switches already) It is a 3 room house and a granny flat at the back that has a small kitchen and bedroom and bathroom. Need quote for the house and for the single flat (need 3 separate quotes, house, flat, house and flat)

Kitchen and lounge adjacent to double garage. Framework or outer shell of stage 2 could be done. 2. R1m to R1.5m Complete main bedroom mes on top of kitchen and lounge. Towards front built 4th room and toilet, with dining room on top. Attached picture of house show the concept from the street entrance. The terrace will be much smaller. No 4rd storey.
