I would love an eco friendly house made of steel and solar glass with primarily wood floors and nutec ceilings...raised if possible with only a master suite on top oor with wic and full bath along with a small fireplace and a huge patio all round. And auto garage opening with direct access to the house. The ground is reasonable flat. The roof should be as flat as possible but designed to collect as much rainwater as possible. I need a house for rural area in Moruleng near Sun City in Rustenburg. There are no municipal approvals. The house required is a double story . Ground floor should have 4 garages, open on both sides with double doors. Then inside there will be a bed room and the remaining would be an open plan with a kitchen, stairs, and guest toilet. The 1st floor will be 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 1 of the bedrooms will be the master bedroom with en-suite bath room. We want to start building as soon as Lock down is over.

Hi, we are looking at doing renovations in our new home and need an estimate of what it would cost to interior sign and remol a few things We have a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, living and dining room. Double garage. There will have to be put in a bath for our future baby in the second bathroom, and main bathroom to be updated. I'm looking to replace carpets with tiles and update kitchen cabinets and counter tops to granite or quartz. Would like for it to have a morn farm style feel to it.
