Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.
we would like to build a three flat building in our back yard.
I would like to undertake the following: 1. Lounge - Add a verandah and sliding door, 2. Dining - extend and add folding sliding door, 3. Convert garage into living room by replacing wall facing pool with full sliding door and open plan to outside bed. 4. Add patio covering kitchen dining room and new living area.
Must be 2 bedroom with an open plan. This above is an idea but you can change windows. I need two different classical styles we want to build four of these units
we wish to extend. 4 additional rooms is now, we want to extend the roof. we live in heritage area.

I need advise on furniture items that can complement what is already there. I also need assistance with coordination of colours (warm colours) on wall paper; paint and accessories. It is an open plan house (loungue, tv room, dining room and kitchen).

Currently have a sqm house on a sqm property. We're looking to apply for rezoning to demolish the house and build about 12 clusters that are sqm each with sufficient yard space, hence the buildings will only cover sqm. I need quotes for the site development plan that needs to submitted as part of the rezoning application. Also need quotes for the actual units.
