Would like a design which is called "The wedge" that was in "Bisi magazine". Want set of plans for that design specific. Double storey. Steel and glass construction. Would like it bigger. Engineering drawing. In process of buying land but tricky because need the plans first to see if can build there.

Hi, The house is already built, and I have the approved plans with me. The house currently is square meters. There are 3 balconies, roughly totalling 18 square meters. Optionally, I want to add to the plan a room above my garage. The garage has a roof over it and is 36 square meters. I can discuss this further with the architect. I require the plan to be modified as above, approval with the home owners association board in my estate, and then approval at the deeds office. I need the fee for this service, and how long this process will take. Also aware that professionals might not edit someone elses work. So advice how we will go about.
