Renovation: Plumbing Electrical Maintenance
Indeed firstly a wall around my house and to take out the old fence. Then , secondly I need a small rondaval house with thatch roofing and a newly developed house for the finish off just next to the kids small RDP. My yard is quite huge and would need measurements and plans for the outcome of my idea. We also need a garage to build and it needs to be part of the main house and we need to be able to access it on a rainy day through the main house easily. A pool would be a bonus as it's really hot here in Hammanskraal, DanHouse.

Bathroom to include toilet, shower, basin and small cupboard. Tiled floor to ceiling. Glass window for shower. Clothing Closet to include shelving from floor to ceiling. Include clothes rail. Secure lockable sliding doors on both. In addition existing bedroom floor of 16 sqm to be tiled. PVC ceilings for the entire space.

Hi there, I am looking to have a high security pedestrian gate installed in my complex perimeter fence to have access to the neighbouring external park outside the complex. It needs to be a high security gate and should include fingerprint scanner for residents to enter and exit. I have uploaded a photo showing the fence where we will be looking to put the gate into (you can see the fence posts poking above the bushes).
