I want a simple open clean space. Uncluttered and minimalist. I want break into the garage and move the kitchen over and adding a scullery. The other half of the garage will be for a bedroom. I want to add in a dining area and lounge with a small space at the back of the current kitchen for an open study.

We require help in regards to additions made to properties in a sectional title complex. most properties have had some sort of an additions made to the property where is is adding a roof, or building closed a braai area. These addition where done without approval or plans submitted to the municipality however it is not even know when these additions where made as many of the properties where bought with the addition in place already.
