I'd like to build a 3 room house (with an open plan preferably) in Limpopo, Jane Furse. The house must have at least 1 bed room, 1 bathroom & an open space that I can divide in two for a living room & kitchen. The kitchen drain overflows at times because of a blockage somewhere in the pipes leading off from the drain. Standard bank insurance doesn't cover detection and repair of this kind of blockage.
