Need an architect to draw a plan, to be approved by municipality
We propose buying land from an existing owner and developing the vacant section of the land by erecting four three bed roomed two bath roomed homes which we will sell off, subdivision and a church building and car park. 4 houses/subdividing into 6 houses.
