I need a quotation on how you service air conditioning without getting spare parts. This involves analyzing the air conditioning, cleaning the aircons, and stating if the aircons are working or not. The site will be Hanover magistrate court so would also like to know how you charge for transport costs. The aircons are approximately 15 that need servicing.
I want to convert my outside building, which comprises a single garage and servant's quarters, into a granny flat. It will involve a new sliding front door to replace the conventional garage door, breaking through the current wall to connect the garage to the servants' bedroom, and then another entrance through the current wall to connect the room to the shower and toilet. Also will involve fixing a ceiling and possiby tiling floors. Shower and toilet needs to be moved and redone.
During the Storm we had in May , I got some damage of the Patio Roof where the wind lifted the corrugated plates, damaging one or two, lifted the nails holding the plates in place and water leaking in running and dripping through the ceiling ISO Board. I do require some repairs and waterproofing please.

Design something not to expensive that will enhance the aesthetics of the property since there is already old building in the yard and it's a rural property. The house should be a 2 bedroom, bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and bathtub, walk-in closet, lounge and a small kitchen without a stove (perfect example will be the Courtyard hotel suites in Gqeberha). Something to accommodate the owner and 1 guest.
We have already renovated our single garage into a granny flat type of space but now we are considering just adding a newtech room on top of the garage. We only want electricity in the room and need to add a staircase. We would also like to make sure there is Aerolite in the ceiling that will be added as we currently have Aerolite. Divorce, domestic abuse, restraining order in place, 3 years has gone and no help from courts, taken my son to stay with him because i had no financial help for no one no court no husband no maintenance after being put out of my resedence in the middle of the night. And him lying under oath when he opened the devorce case as me having a afair and leavjng on my own. Proof is all in my restraining order evedance. Abuse of all kinds was done and still i am on the street dbacause of this and he is gladley spending our money monthly supporting his mum and new cars and bikes and his drinking problem and i dont even eat every day. I need help i have a lawer but nothing is being done for me to get back what i need to get back on my feet get my child back from this man and fight for what i am entiteled to because.i was put out on the street with no job no place to stay no financial help at all. My budget is +-R10K: 1.Move shower to bath using same shower doors, 2.Move washing machine from kitchen to shower space -adapt existing plumbing and fix shower floor for machine- neaten the space. Fix would and damp problem in shower and retile end to end with the cheapest white tiles. Fit new shower head and mixer, and basin mixer bought by me. Kitchen: fit new sink mixer - bought by me, Connect dishwasher in place of washing machine.
An a-frame house with Harvey tiles (plastic tiles to protect underlying thatch), so I’m not sure if the panels can go on the roof. However there is ample north facing roof surface if the tiles can support the panels. I would like to be quoted on a 10kw system if possible.
