Our life savings was fraudulently removed from my bank account. The fraud was reported straight away to the bank fraud department who acknowledged there had been a recent transaction to another bank acvount. I had responded to an advert on Facebook with SAA who were giving special flights away, the scamers told me to download the SAA app to access the specials and it seems through this they managed to get into my bank and withdrew all my money. The bank is dragging its feet and not committing to refunding my money, they say they are investigating and can take up to 8 weeks. What would it cost for a consultation. Good day all. I have a question for the legal minds out there. So here is my story. Please note: I have and still am the black sheep of the family. Me and my husband have been married (in community of property)for 16 years. My husband inherited the property we currently live in after his dad passed away in , alongside his brother who just wanted to sell the property. In the beginning of my mom and dad wanted to moved to JHB but the property that they wanted to buy was not avl anymore so they looked around and found a very small place. After a lot of hints and bribes from my mom with chocolate and nice words we decided to offer them one of the flats, full knowing we are goimg to one day turn around and curse the day we agreed to help them. We told them that they are more then welcome to buy usufruct rights on one of the flats on our property if they want for the same amount that they wanted to spent on the small place, that way I can be around when my mom needs me and we can buy our his brother at the same time. We had our lawyer get the usufruct documents done and signed sent to the High Court and registered. First few months was okay because my dad was there to keep the peace. My dad passed away that same year and all hell broke loose. I had to apent every waking moment of my day with her, I lived in a property with my husband but hardly ever saw him or my son. My mom got upset every time I was not around, calling and texting me telling me that we are ungrateful and we would not have anything if it was not for her. Threatening to cut the Wi-Fi and telling me how rude my son is and how useless my husband is and how I have a bad attitude the list continues from here to Cairo. I started a new small business and that was the beginning of my drama with my mom. She did not like it that we did not depend on her financially. I spent a lot off hours at work that made things worse. She called my partner and complained about me and my husband switching of her water and electricity and that my husband and son has threatened her with life and her son. She also complained that I am never at home. I was lived and that is when I started NO contact. She has since served ne and my husband wit intrim protection orders. She has so many lies in there andwhen we gave in our opposing affidavits I went all out and backed it up with recordings and emails and what's app messages. She had the city planner inspector the come give us a waring for having to many vehicles on the property. She came with police to have us removed from our legally registered home, after seeing the deed to our house they left. She moved out end of December on her own free will. Now here we go the big one. She wants to go to High court and get the judge to transfer the property to her seeing she paid for the property by investing in businesses that have nothing to do with us, because she wanted my husband's future to be secured. We told her no dont do it, but no she invested in people that screwed her over. She has been trying everything to get our home. So my question. Is it even possible for the court to transfer the property to her? What is there to do to get her to stop trying to take our home? Thanks in advance.
I was in court for 5 years now the state lawyer says they found my dna in the victim but I can't remember touching her I was drunk and attracted by her boyfriend I lost my eye site I was 17 years when this happened.im not happy with this I need a lawyer to investigate this how can this be possible but her boyfriend hit me that bad and he is still treating me he says he wount rest until I'm dead
I currently have a three bedroom, 2 bathroom home with open plan kitchen, tv room, living room and dinning. I want to add an additional bedroom by closing up the current TV room and add a jack and jill shower/toilet bathroom between the existing bedroom and new bedroom. Then add a scullery to my kichen using existing space, so not added. Add a guest loo to the current lounge and extend the lounge to add an indoor braai/ entertainment area. According to the plan, the additional sqr m added is 40 sqr (guest loo plus entertainment area) plus the renovation of the TV to bedroom, bathroom and scullery. Please provide a quote. Plans are with council and should be approved by end June but I may request permission to start earlier. Best YW
I have cleared away a section of garden I want to make better use of. The idea is to convert this area to an outdoor lounge area with a fire pit type of center point, outdoor furniture with storage for cushions when not in use, outdoor lighting, potentially a pizza over type of deal and potentially a water feature (more for ambient noise). I want to get a feel for pricing for options available to us in terms of paving, layout, furniture, lighting, etc.

I have cared of a boy that I have looked after since he was 4 months. His mother, who was my house help passed away when he was 3 years old. I have attempted to adopt him without success and have subsequently been granted Care-giver status by a Pretoria magistrate in a children's court. He is now 14years old and is at a private school who have requested a Valid Study permit and Passport or Permanent Residence card. I was dismissed for not attending arbitration of an employee that dismissed before I was employed and not made aware of the case by the employer. I only received a call from the union rep on the day of the sitting 22 April and he informed me that he has send me the notice on the 30 March . The charge from employer says I received CCMA communication from the CCMA self which is not.
