Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.
Currently have flat roof double story house with main bedroom upstairs. We would like to add 2 bedrooms upstairs plus a bathroom and raise the roof to a raised flat corrugated iron roof with an industrial look.
