Hi there, We are hoping to get in touch with one of your architects, Janet Williams. We live at 8 Sophia Street, Oranjezicht. Janet drew up plans a few years ago for a shared deck with our neighbour, that unfortunately was rejected by council. We are looking at doing a loft conversion or potentially even adding a double story to our house to create more space for our growing family, but would like to get some professional advice on the cost of doing something like this, and of course will need plans drawn up if it is feasible. My building plans were never approved due to discrepancies, even though I was under the impression they had been submitted and approved by my previous architect.Unfortunately, my original architect is unresponsive, so I urgently need a registered professional to: - Review the existing building work. - Correct and resubmit the building plans for approval. - Advise and assist with ensuring compliance with the inspector’s requirements.
The office park should have 3 offices with3 toilets and showers, one office for 2 admin clerks, a printing and photocopying room, one kitchen, two toilets for visitors, two toilets for staff, 1 boardroom for 30 people and a reception with a lobby area for visitors, 2 store rooms, one for cleaning equipments and one for stationery.
Less than sqm extension has been done in the main bedroom. The flat roof design of the house has been upgraded to a modern cross hip tile roofing. We want the drawings to reflect these additions. I have a ground floor stand alone face brick 3 bedroom house that I want to remodel, put additions probably add a new 1st floor where the bedrooms will be located, with a double volume for extra lighting. The style I'm looking for is Modern Estate Architecture. I have a few sample images as motivation and vision. I want to keep the current main bedroom (which will be a guest bedroom) but the 2 other bedrooms can converted to a study and an extended dinning area. The remaining bedrooms can be moved upstairs with the new main en suite bedroom, with balconies, and a pyjama lounge and bathrooms.
We are an insectary based in Tzaneen and are doing a costing on building a new site as we have outgrown our current location. Can you please give me a quotation to draft build plans for a to m² site. This needs to include 18 cold rooms as follows 6 x 35m², 6x 25m² and 6x 20m². Then there are things like 4 or 5 offices, restrooms, reception, boardroom for +/- 10 people, a locker room for staff and a space for them to eat lunch, storerooms x 2 and a control room for things like the Hvac and computer systems.
