I want a house with has an upstairs on one side 8bedrooms a dining room , sitting room, one room with an ensuit and walk in closet, 2 bathroom that has both bath tub and shower. I want also theatre room, indoor swimming pool and a jacuzzi that has a bar and space for chairs, the pool must be closable, the doors must be able to open as a whole at that area and also closable(more like sliding door but not exactly sliding door) Outside i want a small area for kids play ground that has swings and other kids play stuff, allong with kids swimming pool that has a cover on top for shade, and 2Rondos plain inside ...2 other rondos that has 3bdrooms, a sitting area that's open and has a kitchen and a bathroom wich has both bath tub and shower.

We want to do things properly but are open to exploring more cost effective ways to get similar finishes as we want to maximise our budget.
