Is it cheaper to build or buy a house in South Africa in 2025?
The short answer is that it is cheaper to buy an existing house in South Africa but every year less so.
A small tasting room, that can be converted from a winter area into a summer area, with glass panels facing the mountain. To be self sufficient on electricity with solar panels and also have a toilet facility and a single-level. Also in addition a wine storage area that can be kept cool, and a basic parking area.

We propose buying land from an existing owner and developing the vacant section of the land by erecting four three bed roomed two bath roomed homes which we will sell off, subdivision and a church building and car park. 4 houses/subdividing into 6 houses.

We have just purchased a property. We would like to break walls in the lounge area and kitchen to make it open plan, complete revamp of 2 baths, garage wall to be more modern, out building to build a kitchen and toilet and bath. The out building is about 60 square meters. Thx
