The client prefers a clean, contemporary aesthetic that includes: Paved pedestrian walkways with integrated seating. Green pockets and planters near entrances and parking areas. Shaded areas with trees or pergolas to enhance comfort. Energy-efficient outdoor lighting for safety and ambience. Feature landscaping around the main entrances and signage zones.
