We have purchased a house in Century City and would like to have it painted inside before we move in at the end of October. We will need the walls, Ceiling, skirtings and doors painted. We have the top vinyl laminate at the moment. the kind that is not glued down. it could not stand up to a thorough flooding these last storms. waterlogged and curling at the edges, strips of vinyl coming off in the heavy traffic areas. The property is a residential complex. The outside walls, some roofs and walkways need painting. Best would be if a contractor could view the property before quoting.
