A site layout plan that meets the following requirements: “a plan which locates the proposed activity or activities applied for as well as the associated structures and infrastructure at an appropriate scale”. The site layout plan must indicate the location of each of the components of the expansion including, inter alia, the offloading area with bunded storage tanks, storage area for sludge, flocculation treatment area, municipal sewer point, chemical storage area, oil boiler system, etc.
We need a few services: Our block was constructed in and is very dated, Mount Curtis in main road in sea point. 1) 6 apts are incorporating old store rooms into their apartments. We need as built plans for each apt. Paid for by Corp and recharged to relevant owners. 2) 4 apts are applying for licenses to use roof areas and these x4 apts are required to measure the roof areas they wish to use. Owner expense. 3) Parking spaces have been re-jigged and allocated within the complex on BC land. We require updated, measured plans. BC expense. We are planning to add a fireplace and chimney to our current living room. We have already obtained the building plans from CoCT. The service required is simply to update these existing plans to include the new chimney/fireplace, as we are not undertaking any additional building work. Hydrofire will handle the installation.
We would like to create our home plans digitally. it is still drawn by hand. Its a simple home, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom. I have drawn the entire house in sketchup to scale so I can share that as well as scanned in copies of original. We are also doing renovations so we would need new plans to reflect the changes and if you can assist in submitting for approval ( also done in Sketchup)

If they can look at the space available and design according to the space available. Design something not to expensive that will enhance the aesthetics of the property since there is already old building in the yard and it's a rural property. The house should be a 2 bedroom, bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and bathtub, walk-in closet, lounge and a small kitchen without a stove (perfect example will be the Courtyard hotel suites in Gqeberha). Something to accommodate the owner and 1 guest.
I wish to start with a development plan for a sq. m plot in Wolseley where I wish to place 8 - 12 small housing units to make up a commune of like minded people over 50-60 years old that wish to live independently in an eco friendly environment that they can collectively manage.
