Need a carport of dimensions avg .7m length x 3.7m - please see also sketch. The carport needs to be from galvanized steel and painted / powercoated to charcoal grey or alternatively from aluminium also in charcoal grey. The carport has a garage to the left side to fix against, a boundary wall to the rear and a high wall to the right to fix ontop. Please also refer to sketch. I have also indicated posts as I might want to close with timber slats at some stage.
Ticked off carport, but what we actually need is a sloped roof over an atrium (approx 9m x 4m) to keep rain water from flooding the atrium between main house and pool room. No free standing traditional carport required. Enclosed on all 4 sides already Just a roof that will have gutter(s) and single downpipe leading rainwater to garden.

I need to repair a small leak in a roof and then do some minor repairs to the ceiling boards that have been water damaged, before painting. We are looking for a quick fix for this, as we'll be embarking on some major renovations later in the year that will require replacement of this roof. Thank you!

Remove all roof rubble and check for any issues Insulate roof cavity Remove and replace damaged dry wall Refurbish windows and ensure water tight Move trapdoor opening to against wall. Other Remove trellis doors from lounge and kitchen. Patch and paint interior in total, including ceilings. Patch and paint exterior including garden wall
A swimming pool type fence (grey) with a gate and about 5 or 6 panels. To secure a very small garden for small dogs. It has a natural boundary of shrubs which form the one boundary. The swimming pool fence panels will join up the shrub and house on two sides. This natural boundary needs to be reinforced at the base with small flower bed type fence to prevent the dogs from getting through the big shrub. I have a few of these panels but more will need to be sourced.

I.e. We need a 1m overhang so that the front posts are not in the way of the other garage Only 2 corner posts are required in the front. The back and sides can have more posts than just on the corners We would like the posts to be square, not round. We would like the roof of the carport to let light in so would prefer clear or white IBR or whidespan polycarb sheeting. Other or better recommendations would also be considered. If the colour of the posts and front facia is an option we would like to have it black or be able to paint it black. Please include the cost to paint. Wooden slats as per the inspirational images
